Promotional Video

Highlight the success of your event but providing a quick and fast-paced overview. These are 1-2 minute videos that show the success and briefly highlight members in attendance. This is ideal for promotion for upcoming and future events. Contains company logos, broll of speakers and presenters, and selected sound bites.
Keynote Address

Archive and share key speeches or presentations. The video will feature lower third graphics that are custom designed using your organization’s colors. Your video will open and close with your company’s logo and any power point slides featured will be inserted where needed.
Up to five hours of filming is included.
Keynote Highlights

Allow those unable to attend your event to view highlights from key speakers. Selected sound bites from your presenters are edited together to provide a brief synopsis of subjects covered. We will custom match the colors of your business or event logo into the lower third graphics, along with featuring your logo at the beginning and end of the video.
These are typically three minutes in length.
The cost of this package does not include video taping your event. We have half day ($695 up to five hours) and whole day ($1349 for up to eight hours) rates for our camera services.
Interview

Deliver your organization’s message through an on camera interview with your CEO or other important members of your staff. We come to your office or site and interview you based on topics you choose to discuss.Translated voice overs are available.
Demonstrations or Training Video
From $3450
Provide an on camera demonstration on the use of your product or service, tailored to your organization’s specific audience. Shooting the demonstration or interview at your location, we produce a custom video highlighting your company’s product. The video will feature lower third graphics that are custom designed using your organization’s colors. Your video will open and close with your company’s logo and any power point slides featured will be inserted where needed.

Our News Feature provides a ‘news of record’ for your event or service. These videos are produced just as you would expect from a TV news outlet. Our producers will conduct research on your market or field, pre-interview those speakers involved and then write a script using sound bites collected during reporter interviews, finally voicing over the scripted copy. The average length of these pieces range from two to four minutes. Included in the costs are one day of shooting, all producer/voice over services, and up to ten hours of editing.
Infomercial

Hosting or participating in an event and seeking exposure for future business? The infomercial includes all of the services of the News Feature, but allows you to build from there. Designed for conventions and meeting planners who would like to provide exposure to not only their events, but also some of their key participants.
These pieces are three to five minutes in length.
