Video document the events of the evening
This service is for a 1/2 day event or awards night. We record all of your speeches and presentations and then provide a way to archive the mood and talks of the night so the videos can be uploaded to your company or organization’s website or kept internally for future marketing purposes.
This package includes all that you need to record and archive the event: HD video camera kit, wireless mics, camera operator, production assistant, photographer, still camera, and complete edit services. After the event, we take extra care to treat the raw footage and photos so that they are the best possible representations of the evening.
Still photography service included
- Video camera & operator of up to three hours of speeches and/or presentations
- Still photographer
- One day video edit service and one day photo edit service after the event.
- Insertion of up to 30 power point slides or still photos into video edit.
- Graphics & music treatments: Your video be graphically treated, for instance, to begin and end with animated logo and custom name fonts matched with your logo. At the end of each video one page of contact information animation or call to action can be included.
- Videos can be outputted as three web formats or as a DVD and two web formats. Treated photo selects are delivered in uncompressed jpgs ready for printing.
